Dongzheng 25 camless spring machine can be used to produce flat wires, steel wires, iron wires and other products with wire diameters of 0.2-2.5mm. Commonly used products include various springs, battery springs, touch springs, special-shaped springs, Single and double torsion springs, tension springs, scroll springs, circlip springs, snake springs, various types of clips, auto parts, mobile phone accessories, handicrafts, etc., the products have a wide range of applications.
 

Compared with cam machines, camless machines do not need to spend a lot of time arranging cams, thus effectively reducing processing time and costs. Machine adjustment masters can write processing programs through intuitive timeline software to improve work efficiency and productivity. The machine is 1.6 meters long, 0.6 meters wide, 1.8 meters high and weighs about 900kg. The power input of this machine is 380V 50HZ. The machine is equipped with 10 axes, of which 8 1kw motors are used to control the cam rotation, the other two axes are used for the 2kw motor in the wire feeding part, and the 1kw motor is used to control the motor of the rotating core. The number of axes can be expanded, such as matching curling or It can be used with servo shears and can also be used with probes for probe compensation function. Each machine is equipped with a fully automatic lubrication function. The fastest wire feeding speed is 110 meters per minute, and the maximum cam speed is 80 rpm.
