Dongzheng(HSM) Spring Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of CNC spring machines, established in 2004 in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. With 22 years of manufacturing experience, we specialize in producing cam spring machines, camless spring machines, and specialty wire forming machines.

Our product line covers wire diameter from 0.08mm to 9mm, with 3 to 14 servo axes, achieving precision of ±0.01mm. The HSM-CNC20 model has become our best seller with over 1, 000 units delivered to customers worldwide.

We have shipped 150+ CNC spring machines to customers in 15+ countries, including Vietnam (40+ units), Brazil (10+ units), Indonesia and South Korea (5+ units each). Our annual production capacity exceeds 150 sets.

All machines undergo 72-hour continuous operation testing before shipment. We provide free on-site training at our China factory, video tutorials, and lifetime technical support.

All products are developed by us, all reducer part has using unique mechanical design which we have obtained patent for it. Streamlined production and technology ensure that every machine part is guaranteed and wins brand reputation for us. Some parts are imported from German, Japan and Taiwan. The machine adopts practical design, it greatly shortens the debugging and installation time, also reduces the difficulty of debugging.
